Refund Policy

At Footbllr, we provide personalized digital scouting reports, created specifically for each customer based on the video and information submitted. Due to the custom nature of our service, we do not offer refunds once a report has been delivered.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All sales are final. Once your video is submitted and payment is completed, our team begins reviewing and analyzing your footage immediately. As a result, we cannot offer refunds for completed or in-progress reports.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a full or partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment was made by mistake
  • You did not receive your report within the promised timeframe (typically 3 business days)
  • There was an error in processing your order and the report was never started

To request a refund under one of these conditions, please contact us at support@footbllr.com within 7 days of your purchase. We’ll review your case and respond promptly.
